REAL Leaders leads through others
View(s):Around the world, companies are embracing and harnessing the power of diversity. It allows fresh ideas, different perspectives, and is required for a business to evolve. This means that today’s leader should relate to and successfully motivate employees with increasing cultural, ethnic, gender and generational differences. To do this, he/she needs to be able to see the world through the eyes of other people.
Through his presentation, ‘Mind the Leadership Gap – Lead through Others’ at the CIMA Business Leaders Summit 2013:‘Get REAL!’, Dean Van Leeuwen will reveal how value systems are developed and how these influence the way people act and react to the world around them. Understanding the impact of different generations, inside and outside your organisation, will allow you to improve customer relationships, leadership skills and the productivity and interactions of your teams, helping you on your journey to becoming a Radical Evolutionary Authentic Leader.
