Crab Cocktail, Steamed Crab, Steamed Crab Salad and Singapore Style Pepper Crab are some of the popular appetizers on the menu.
Soup s comprise of Shore Crab Bisque and Crab Masala served with Indian Pillau rice and mint Raita.
Baked Crab – sauté fresh crab meat flavoured with Cognac coated with cheese sauce and gratinated, Sweet and Sour Crab served with Tambale of rice, Chilli Gralic Crab Balls served with vegetable fried rice and sauté greens, Spicy Lagoon Crab prepared with Murunga leaves and traditional herbs along with rice are most demanded dishes on the main menu.
