View(s):Richard Pieris Group last week launched its newest venture, Richard Pieris Arpico Finance Ltd (RPAF).

The group with an asset base exceeding Rs.25 billion says it enjoys local market leadership in traditional sectors of plantations, rubber, tires, plastics, retail and distribution, financial services, construction and logistics
The finance company CEO is K.M.M. Jabir, a top professional in the finance industry and a banker with over 28 years of relevant industry experience and know-how, the company media release said.
Mr. Jabir is a fellow member of the Institute of Bankers of Sri Lanka (IBSL), passed finalist of Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA), and a member of Sri Lanka Institute of Marketing (SLIM).
“Our mission will be to be the most preferred total financial service provider, which adds value to all stakeholders.
In meeting this goal all customer segments are closely studied on a regular basis enabling us to provide a portfolio ranging from microfinance, leasing, hire-purchasing, factoring, deposit mobilization, and to corporate solutions,” he said.
