The Colombo Academy of Hospitality Management @ SLIIT (CAHM @ SLIIT) is SLIIT’s new, world class hospitality studies school. CAHM @ SLIIT has partnered with Australia’s William Angliss Institute to offer their international curriculum, a pathway to a Bachelors Degree in Tourism and Hospitality Management and a Bachelors Degree in Culinary Management. Students will be taught in an unparalleled learning environment at a 24,000 square foot facility that has been purpose built for hospitality, foods and tourism training. Students will learn food preparation and handling at the largest training kitchen in Sri Lanka, Fully equipped patisseries and butchery, coffee academy and food and beverage training centre, they will be taught front of house services at a demonstration concierge, accommodation services at 3 individually designed 5-star finished accommodation units.
