4-man team commencing corporate Adventure Learning
View(s):Monsoon Leisure and Adventure Lanka Ltd, a fully owned subsidiary of Jobfactory Ltd, has commenced Adventure Learning facilitation through its four-man team (FMT) concept; which truly is a holistic approach to adventure learning.
The learning, based on a simple theory in Management Learning; “Comprehension-REFLECTION-Application” provides a platform for companies and organizations to reflect their desired comprehension of learning needs/goals in an adventurous environment and support them in application. FMT assists companies and organizations to become more competitive in their respective business fields as four-man team focuses more on Human Psychology and latest Organizational Behavioral Techniques, the company said.
The 4-man team concept was originally conceptualized and implemented by the western armies to ensure high level of synergy when engaging their enemies in highly fluid battle scenarios with a high operational tempo. It is simple, flexible, fast and focused. The concept was effectively executed by Sri Lankan Special Forces especially during the humanitarian operations in the north-east.
Madhushan Raigamage who leads the 4-man team stated that, “We are not just an Adventure Training provider in Sri Lanka.
We diagnose the main issue existing in the client’s establishment and address the root cause. The programme gets Tailor-made thereafter”.
Mr. Raigamage is a reputed HR practitioner with over 18 years’ experience and has served in Union Assurance, HEMAS and the Sri Lanka Army prior to joining with 4-man team/JobFactory. A qualified Paratrooper who also was selected to be an Officer-Trainer in the army, he has undergone many training programmes local and overseas.
