HRMI Consulting starts management/HR BPO advisories
View(s):Sri Lanka’s HRMI Consulting recently announced that it had started offering Management Consulting services. Elaborating, it was noted that this new service would “address the strategy, growth, and innovation agenda of corporates. The organisation’s ability to design and execute business and innovation strategies complements its existing strengths in the disciplines of Human Resources”.
In addition, the firm also indicated that its offerings now also included a “HR Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) arm to assist enterprises of all sizes and disciplines. The consortium believes in a composite strategy comprises of consulting, coaching and training, to bring about sustainable solutions. HRMI consulting has already embarked on introducing a comprehensive management competency profiling framework that will complement all development strategies in any organization irrespective of its size or sector”.
According to its announcement; “The consortium comprises Sri Lanka’s best known Marketing Guru Prasanna Perera, long-standing Productivity Development Expert for ILO Jayantha R De Silva, Restructuring Expert Patrick Fernando, Learning and Development Specialist Nandana Sri Kanakaratne, HR Strategist Maithri Bandaranaike, veteran Corporate Trainer Gihan Talgodapitiya and Character Building and Personal Effectiveness Guru Nalaka Hewamadduma”.
The group also noted that it presently provided services relating to “Branding, Product/Market Development and Innovation, Competency Development, Finance and Restructuring, Project Management, Human Resources and Organisational Development”.
