Stamford High School arrive on short tour

The sports arm of Butterfly Vacations, Mount Lavinia (Kreeda Holidays) in collaboration with Stamford High School, England has brought down a girls’ Under 17 hockey and netball team for a short two week tour.

The organizers believe that this will be a great opportunity for the students from both countries to socialize with each other and enjoy a time of fellowship. The teams will be touring the country and playing matches in Negombo, Sigiriya, Damubulla, Matale, Perdeniya and Colombo.

The team comprises Molli Cleaver, Amelia Rome, Lizzie Plyte, Hannah Yogasunderam, Immy Huxley, Lois Taylor, Emily Joyce, Charlotte Brooks, Zoe Wilson, Danielle Dare, Tori orrall, Ismay Fox, Charlotte Spice, Freya Harvey, Rosie Mark, Phoebe Moth, Cliodhna Burke, Immy Bromwich, Honot Munro-Hall, Alice Scott, Charlotte Warman, Frances Wilson, Rachel Dinwoodie, Kayla Borley, Rachel Allan and Katherine Gibbons.

The 26 squad of player are accompanied by teacher/coaches, Lucy Hornby, Heidi Myles and Jennifer Hodgkiss.
