Tamil Union in line to secure early win
Tamil Union have put themselves in line to secure an early outright win against Colts when play resumes today in their Under 23 cricket encounter at the Colts ground.
Tamil Union having bowled out the home team for 96 and ending on 279 on day one continued their domination as they bowled out Colts, for the second time to 294. Tamil Union chasing a target of 112 runs for victory ended day two on 43 for no loss needing a further 69 runs when play begins at 10.00 a.m. today.

Moratuwa SC resuming day two on their overnight score of 339 for 4 amassed 432 for 7 declared against Leo CC at De Zoysa Stadium, Moratuwa. Leo CC in their turn was out for 189. Made to follow on with a deficit of 243 runs, were 88 for 2 at the close.
Zahira schoolboy Arshard Borham making his debut in club cricket cracked a blistering 175 for Moors SC against Air Force at Braybrooke Place which helped Moors SC to post a mammoth 373.
