Leo Club of Wattala conducts the 3rd Consecutive Car Wash, to assist the Cancer Hospital (Children’s Ward)
View(s):Leo Club of Wattala District 306 B1 conducted a fundraiser project with the aim of helping the Cancer Hospital (Children’s Ward). This was consecutively conducted during the past two years. The Car Wash took place on July 14 from 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. at the Commercial Bank, Wattala premises and it was a huge success. Sunday, being a busy day, and yet it was amazing to see how everyone showed their kindness to help us by donating and contributing towards our aim of helping the Cancer Hospital.
Having conducted such an event it has truly motivated all our members to march towards the Leo movement objective of providing the youth with an opportunity for development and contribution, individually and collectively, as responsible members of the local, national and international community.
President together with all Members of the Leo Club of Wattala greatly appreciate and thank the public and all others who helped the Club to succeed in this endeavor.
