Mercury makes the ACCA qualification affordable to talented students in Sri Lanka

Speaking of the scheme Mr.Jeevith Shakespear, the MD/CEO of Mercury stated that it involves waiving off the registration fee as well as the subscription fee for the ACCA programme which would easily amount to around Rs 50,000/-. Explaining further he said that this offer can be utilized by any student who has been a high performer in school as well as those who are currently in University . Mercury would also consider students who are presently studying for a local accountancy degree such as from the Institute of Chartered Accountancy and AAT, ABE and CMA , since an internationally recognized qualification such as ACCA would aptly add weight to the qualification for which they are already studying. They will be also eligible for exemptions based on the levels they have already completed
