Past teachers felicitated by Mahamaya Class of ’82 on their 50th birthdays

The past teachers of Mahamaya College, Kandy (MCK), were felicitated by the MCK class of ’82, at an event held at Queen’s Hotel, Kandy, recently.
The event was an appreciation to the teachers and coincided with the 50th birthdays of the MCK Class of ’82.
The past teachers too expressed their gratitude to the past pupils for their appreciation
“Some of us are long past the ‘three score years and ten’, but these past pupils effortlessly rolled back the years, until we found ourselves in those old hallowed precincts above Kandy lake,” said Ms Sumitha Gunapala and Ms Kumari Niyangoda on behalf of the past teachers.
