“Many individuals possess a basic qualification that deems them eligible for employment in an organisation, however, this basic qualification and individual talents can carry a person forward in their career only to a certain extent. To truly move ahead in an intensely competitive field and to build a strong career, one must continue learning. An MBA is a vital addition in ensuring success in climbing the corporate ladder” said Mohamed Isthiquar, Business Development Manager of BCAS.
The outstanding factors of this MBA are that it can be completed in twelve months, at a cost of SLR 395,000. We will ensure our students gain an international exposure by learning directly from the UK lecturers from the university through flying faculty , who teach fifty-percent of the MBA modules . And the other fifty-percent would be delivered by local lecturers who are industry experts said Mr. Isthiquar. He further added ?Candidates of the MBA programme will follow a Business Research Module, which is similar to a dissertation but candidates will work on the Business Research Module throughout the twelve-month duration. This will be good relief for our MBA students who are very busy with their work place or business commitments. Furthermore students are assessed on assignments and practical business scenarios, thus they will gain a real-world experience of the theories. All assessments are done by the University of Wolverhampton. Candidates enrolled at BCAS will receive high-quality learning support with access to excellent learning facilities.
Speaking on entry requirements for the MBA programme Mr.Isthiquar added .We follow the same entry requirements as the University of Wolverhampton where candidates are eligible for entry if they have a basic degree with two-years of work experience or full professional qualification with sufficient work experience.
Also, even those without a degree level qualification will be given admission based on their work experience or certified prior learning or both Mr. Isthiquar further added that upon completion of the MBA candidates will meet the requirements of the Chartered Management Institute (CMI) level 7 Diploma in Strategic Management and Leadership.
