Aon Hewitt launches new HR and employee selection tools in Sri Lanka
View(s):Aon Hewitt, a global HR consulting and outsourcing firm, last week announced the launch of its suite of selection and assessment tools for Sri Lankan organisations.
The suite covers a range of solutions – campus and entry level candidate selection, middle management assessments, senior management development centres and virtual development centres, a statement from the company said.
Aon Hewitt has been working with leading Sri Lankan companies over the past decade, partnering on talent management and HR related programs. The launch of the tools in the Sri Lankan market reflects the growing awareness among HR practitioners here that few decisions are as important as linking of assessment and development programmes to organisational objectives, it said.
Dr. Pat Caputo, Industrial Organisational psychologist, and the architect of Aon Hewitt’s Selection and Assessment solutions in APAC, was in Colombo for the launch. He said, “The ability to collect and analyse vast amount of data is transforming how we understand the world.
