Singer unveils new ‘Customer Loyalty Programme’
View(s):Singer Sri Lanka PLC recently launched a new product ‘Customer Loyalty Programme’ which integrates existing reward programmes at Singer Plus and Singer Mega, giving shoppers even more for their purchases.
At the launch in Colombo, Singer Sri Lanka Group Chief Executive Officer, Asoka Pieris said, “Singer was among the first companies in Sri Lanka to introduce the loyalty programme when it started the ‘Mega Money Loyalty Programme’ in early 2000. In 2006, the company expanded this loyalty programme into Singer Plus with the form of a card and today the loyalty card being launched will unify the existing Singer Mega and Singer Plus loyalty schemes, while introducing loyalty schemes by Sisil World and Singer Homes.”
He also said that Sri Lankan customers are aspiring to reach international standards in everything. “Singer has a very large loyal customer base in Sri Lanka. I’m sure that over 95 per cent of the households in Sri Lanka have at least one Singer product. They want international standard shops with parking facilities and a multitude of brands and products offered to them. They also want their loyalties rewarded in a way that international companies do.” (RM)
