A Training Session by Dr Felton Lean, Visiting Trainer from India at the SLF
View(s):Sri Lanka Foundation (SLF) is the Centre for Leadership, Education and Training in Sri Lanka, established under an Act of Parliament, The Sri Lanka Foundation Law No.31 of 1973. SLF functions autonomously under the purview of the Presidential secretariat of Sri Lanka and is managed by a Board under the chairmanship of Prof. Ranjit Bandara. All study programmes are registered under the Tertiary and Vocational Education Commission of Sri Lanka.
Dr.Felton Lean, MBA in Human Resource and Marketing / PhD in Human Resource Management and Psychology / A Certified NLP Practitioner who is a corporate Trainer in India and Sri Lanka with over twenty years of experience in the field of Marketing and Training conducted an exclusive training session for the SLF team. He shared the latest applications of 6 Hats thinking for Training while covering multiple dimensions and demands of the audience in this training programme. Being an expert in soft skill training he conducted a session at SLF on the art of training and coaching for the SLF academic team and the general public.
