The Prefect Forum for the Year of 2013 of JMC College International Schools
View(s):The Prefect Forum for the Year of 2013 of JMC College International Schools Network was held last Wednesday at the Janakala Kendraya in Battaramulla under the patronage of, Gotabhaya Jayaratne, the Secretary to the Ministry of Education as the chief guest. All 24 branches of the JMC College International Network gathered under one roof to receive honours.
Also at this Prefects’ Forum, a workshop was held to buildup leadership qualities of the participants. Speakers representing different subdivisions conducted lectures to the students of JMC. The first lecture was delivered by Wing Commander Keerthi Kanahearachchi followed by speeches from Chief Medical Officer of University of Sri Jayewardenepura, Dr. Shantha Hettiarachchi and a practical session on Leadership Development by Lankesh Kithulegoda. – Pix by Amila Gamage
