Aklit Constructions wins global award for quality leadership
View(s):Aklit Constructions (Pvt) Ltd, a reputed company the Sri Lankan constructions industry, was recently awarded the International Star in Leadership in Quality (ISLQ) Award in the Gold Category for 2013 by Business Initiative Directions in France.

Dilruk Walgamage, Managing Director of Aklit Constructions and Primal Fernando, Director Operations received the prestigious award in mid July at the award ceremony held at the Hotel Concorde La Fayettein Paris. The gala awards ceremony was attended by world-wide business leaders across wide variety of industry categories in 118 countries.
Previous winners of the prestigious award include Kaspersky Lab of Russia, ICICI Bank India, Indian Oil Company, etc.
Aklit Constructions founded in 2009, is specialized in turnkey constructions in pre fabricated steel buildings and has been involved in large scale projects such as R. Premadasa Stadium rapid re-construction and MAS Unichela factory constructions in Kurunegala and Koggala.
