Hotel Sapphire felicitates medal winners
View(s):Hotel Sapphire, for the first time taking part since 1997, has won six Bronze Medals and one Silver Medal at the recently concluded Culinary Art 2013 Competition at the BMICH conducted by the Chef Guild of Sri Lanka.
Sapphire Kitchen brigade is headed by the Executive Chef Lalith Wijesinghe, who has years of experience in the field with overseas exposure, has bagged the six medals for Individual Ice Carving and Vegetable Carving live and for new Sri Lankan Cuisine.
Hotel Sapphire had its felicitation ceremony for the winners under the patronage of Dr. Soma Edirisinghe, Chairperson, EAP Hotels,.Deepa Edirisinghe -Ex.Director, and Ronald Perera,CEO of the Group.
