The Wee Adventures of Shabu Shabu
The launch of the book, “The Jade Legend” which is the first book in an eight part series called “The Wee Adventures of Shabu Shabu” took place on Friday, August 30 at the Barefoot Garden Café.
This series is about an adventurous little rabbit who wants to go on adventures around the world like her grandfather who is an inventor. This clever little rabbit and her best friend Chow the squirrel spend their days inventing gadgets and going on adventures.
This book by Steam Powered Productions was written by co- authors, Kristina Thornton and Michael Csokas. The CEO of Steam Powered Productions, Ola Olaniyi and co-author Kristina Thornton were present at the launch and presented the winners of the Funday Times Shabu Shabu competition with a signed copy of the book. The winners were, Praveena De Fonseka, Amani Almeida, and Mindiya De Zoysa.
