Makulu Del; a Web of love on miniscreen
View(s):Makulu Del’, directed by actor Nihal Fernando and produced by Vinoja Nilanthi will be telecast at 8 pm on ITN every Saturday starting from September 7. The teleplay is based on two novels – ‘Landakage Kathawa’ and ‘Baloliya’, written by Piyasena Rathuwithana.
Suraj Mapa plays the lead role opposite debutant Aloka Indunil while the rest of the cast includes Vinoja Nilanthi, Sriyantha Mendis, Hyacinth Wijeratne, Nalin Pradeep Udawela, Nilmini Kottegoda, Buddhika Jayaratne, Sandali Fernando, Sahan Fernando, Nisal Munaweera and others.
Inationally acclaimed young musician Dinesh Subasinghe has written the musical score for ‘Makulu Del’.
