Rashika Ranasinghe, the teacher of Home Economics at St. Bridget’s Convent, Colombo 7 was recently awarded Gold Medals in all categories for the Fancy Cake (Snow White & the Seven Dwarfs) and Wedding Cake Structure at the recently concluded Course of Cake Decoration conducted by the Prima Baking Training Centre. She received the Gold Medals and a Plaque for the Most Outstanding Student of the Course.
