Former St Peter’s, National Youth Coach and Development Officer of the Sri Lanka Rugby Football Union (SLRFU) Sanath Martis will take charge of the Royal Rugby outfit in 2014.

Royal who have lost the “Bradby Shield” on three consecutive years will have an uphill task to re-claim from Trinity College Kandy.

Martis who played for Isipathana and later for CR & FC and Sri Lanka Youth team. He had a very successful run at St. Peter’s College where he produced some outstanding teams.
