Sri Lankan publisher meets World President of Publishers
View(s):Vijitha Yapa, President of the Sri Lanka Book Publishers Association, recently met the President of the International Publishers Association, Youngsuk ‘YS’ Chi at the annual general meeting of the association held in Frankfurt, Germany.
The latter was given a briefing of the activities of the publishers in Sri Lanka, and the recently concluded Colombo International Book Fair. Mr. Chi said he enjoyed his visit to Sri Lanka in 2011 and looked forward to another visit to meet with local publishers.
