Colombo Courtyard launches ‘Amber’ Spa for CHOGM
View(s):The Colombo Courtyard, an exclusive boutique hotel located on Duplication Road, is making its own special contribution to serve delegates attending next month’s Commonwealth Summit in Colombo – with the opening of a state-of-the-art spa.
The hotel, in a media statement, said it is an oasis for relaxation and bespoke treatment in addition to its unique rooms, butler service and specialized restaurants.
It’s new ‘Amber Spa’ offers Balinese massages as its prime product and as a specialty in this area, it has the famed hot stone treatment to enhance deep relaxation and experience the healing powers of this age old detoxifying therapy.
Arun Thapar Arun Thapar, Managing Director of Colombo Courtyard, said that they are working towards opening the spa to coincide with CHOGM as it would be an ideal time to showcase their product.
“We need to show the world that Sri Lanka is not second to any of the hospitality products available in other countries.Usually boutique hotels have the concept of concentrating on bread and breakfast formulas; but we are pushing the Colombo Courtyard beyond these parameters and succeeding.”
Amber Spa is not only for in-house guests but will be open to clientele from outside.
