Let me first introduce you to socio-biology. With the emergence of socio-biology in the 1970s, mankind had a new angle with which to look at the human mind and behaviour. The core principle on which the subject is formed around is that behaviour is directly influenced by natural and sexual selection, respectively because of the competition to survive and to reproduce. Looking at this from a view from above one might tend to understand why many people are just worried about themselves, their own advancement and the sustenance of their own progeny. However, this will not be enough in the long run as we humans should be worried about how the entire species is going to survive fruitfully, not just a mere few.

Many people believe that the greatest problems in the world are the problems which they endure in their own lives. I was of the same belief for a certain period of my life. Then, as time passed and I got to know people from different backgrounds and demographics I realised that everyone goes through some sort of problem in their life, sometimes more grave in nature in comparison to whatever I’m going through. Little by little I drifted away from the impulses that socio-biology dictates and took a moment to think about where we are all heading as a society.

If you too feel the same way, then take the initiative to make a change in the world we live in.You don’t have to do it alone: there are people, who feel the same way and want to combine efforts to create change. Through helping someone else we sometimes find out that the answers to our own problems are not that far away and simple in the light of more serious issues. So let’s unite to make this world a better place for everyone.
