Softlogic Finance CEO Nalin Wijekoon, president of Finance House Association
View(s):The Finance House Association of Sri Lanka (FHASL) has unanimously appointed Nalin Wijekoon – Director/CEO of Softlogic Finance PLC as the new President of FHASL for the year 2013 / 2014 at their Council Meeting held recently.
Mr. Wijekoon brings a wealth of experience to his new role, having worked for over 30 years in the financial sector. He was appointed as the Deputy CEO at Softlogic Finance PLC and later became Director/CEO of company. He is a fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountant of Sri Lanka and Chartered Institute of Management Accountants UK, and a Finalist of the Institute of Bankers (Sri Lanka).
“Going forward, we will continue to focus on both short-term and long-term growth, strategic planning, a customer and market-based product approach, and flawless execution. We are in the process of providing a consistent implementation for each of the strategic tasks undertaken by the Association, which we hope will help to enhance the performance of each member organisation,” Mr. Wijekoon said.
