Sashikumar and Qin Ami bag SriLankan Golf Classic titles

Overall Winner of the SriLankan Airlines Golf Classic for the Men’s Gross Score, Subramaniyam Sashikumar
Malaysian R. Subramaniyam Sashikumar won the Men’s title while Pakistan’s Qin Ami emerged the Women’s champion at the prestigious 14th SriLankan Airlines Golf Classics conducted by and held at the Victoria Golf and Country Resort in Digana, Kandy.
A large contingent of golfers both local and foreign competed in the four-day competition as Sashikumar scored 64 gross over the 36 holes to become the cut above the rest. Pakistani Ami finished with a radiant score of 60 over the two rounds, brushing off pressure applied from fellow local and the dominant foreign competitors.
