Bandara and Pradeep for Indian golf championships

Championship 2013 by the Sri Lanka Golf Union. This will be the first occasion that Bandara and Pradeep are representing Sri Lanka at India’s most prestigious amateur golf championship, which will be played at the Bombay Presidency Golf Club in Mumbai from December 9 to 15.
Both locals will be among a fleet of top amateur golfers, mainly from India and other neighboring countries in the South Asian region. Bandara (25) is the top ranked amateur golfer in Sri Lanka and represents the Victoria Golf and Country Resort at local competitions. His team mate Pradeep (25), who represents Sri Lanka Navy, will go down in history as the first golfer to represent Sri Lanka from the Defence Services. – NA
