Hayleys Agriculture Food Exports stages annual sports day
Hayleys Agriculture Food Exports held its annual get-together and sports day at the Buddadasa ground in Pelawatta, Battaramulla. Many sports and other recreational events were lined up for the day with large participation of staff members and their families.
The main attraction of the day, the inter-department six-a-side cricket tournament, was won by ‘Reach the Sun’ who beat the ‘Winners’ after a thrilling battle.
This event provided staff members with an opportunity to display their hidden talent, with everyone contributing and adding colour to the occasion. The event was graced by Rizvi Zaheed, the Managing Director of Hayleys Agriculture, Ananda Pathirage, the Director and CEO of HJSCSF and Vijitha Kumara, the General Manager Human Resource of Hayleys Agriculture.
This event was organised for the fourth successive year by a dynamic team headed by Sunil Rajapaksha, the Manager of Human Resource and Productivity Improvement of HJSCSF.
