Trainer Kalapuge’s ‘Lead To Serve’ event next week

Dhammika Kalapuge, said to be one of Sri Lanka’s best-known customer service and inspirational trainers, is presenting another one-day programme in the series titled ‘Lead To Serve’, to lead teams to set the service culture right in organisations, on 30 January at The Kingsbury Hotel, Colombo.

Mr. Kalapuge has during the last decade and half conducted over 2,100 programmes, for more than 400 private and public sector institutions, mostly to achieve excellence in service quality as he works on a theme ‘Sri Lanka So Lovely, Serving Lively’.
Organisers of the programme said it is aimed at heads of Customer Service Units, Service Champions, Relationship Managers and Senior Front office staff.
