HarperCollins to launch debut author in Sri Lanka
View(s):HarperCollins Publishers will be in Sri Lanka to mark the worldwide release of ‘Reyna’s Prophecy’ by debut author, Radhika Philip on February 28 at The Barefoot Gallery.
“HarperCollins have always maintained a presence in Sri Lanka and distribute through many of the leading book stores. This is the first 
time we’ve launched a book from Sri Lanka, but the time is right and ‘Reyna’s Prophecy’ is the right book, a very positive message from Sri Lanka, delivered via a fantasy fiction tale no less,” its India Chief Editor and Publisher Karthika V.K. said in a media statement.
Reyna’s Prophecy is a coming-of-age tale wrapped up in adventure and fantasy and set against the backdrop of a face-off between the worlds of humans and animals. “Sri Lanka’s exceptional biodiversity and history underpin the fantasy fiction; ‘Reyna’s Prophecy’ represents the island I am proud to call home,” states Author Radhika Philip.
Following the launch, the book will be available at leading bookstores in Sri Lanka, India and the sub-continent. Worldwide distribution by HarperCollins will begin simultaneously via Amazon and other reputed online distributors
