View(s):As the finals of the T20 World Championships approaches we asked the public which two teams they predict will make it to the big day.

 Mohamed Ashaf (Private sector employee) - Sri Lanka and India are my favourites to make it to the finals. We have good batsmen like Sangakkara and Mahela while the Indians have Kohli, Raina and Dhoni. Our bowling though is better. |
 Dileepa Jayasinghe (Private sector employee) - Sri Lanka and Pakistan will make it into the finals. They both have strong bowling attacks and quality batsmen like Sangakkara and Umar Akmal. |
 Kavinda De Tissera (School cricketer) - I think Sri Lanka and India will make it into the finals. Sri Lanka is the No.1 team at the moment and has a strong batting lineup and unorthodox bowlers. India is a very strong batting side with a lot of good players. |
 Keerthi Gunaratne (Cricket coach) - I think Sri Lanka is a contender for the finals because they have a good bowling lineup. There is mystery with Ajantha Mendis and Lasith Malinga and we have solid batting with guys like Sanga and Mahela so it is a good all-round unit. The other team that might make the finals is the West Indies because they have variation in their bowling and some good hitters in their batting. |
 Malinda Warnapura (Former national player) - T20 cricket is difficult to predict but my picks for the finals are Sri Lanka and India. We are good at Twenty20 cricket and have the most talented all-round team. Lasith (Malinga) and Ajantha (Mendis) strengthens the bowling and we have experienced batsmen and good hitters in the batting lineup. India on the other hand is always a strong team, especially with Dhoni in the side. |
 Rozmi Ilyas (Private sector employee) - Sri Lanka and India will make it to the finals of the tournament because they have the experience of playing on the big stage. With India’s batting and our bowling it will be a good match. |
 Sameera Weerakoon (Private sector employee) - Sri Lanka and South Africa are two strong teams capable of making it into the finals. Both have good batting and bowling units. A final between them would be very exciting and thrilling to watch. |
 Sujeewa Dhanayake (Past school cricketer) - Sri Lanka and the West Indies will make it into the finals. Our team clicks well together but in the past we have been unlucky in the finals of major tournaments. I think this year things will be different. |
 U. Sumanthilaka (Policeman) - My prediction is Sri Lanka and India because both teams play well at major tournaments. They also have big match players like Lasith Malinga, Kumar Sangakkara, Dhoni and Virat Kohli. |
