Workers at a particular sports body are very punctual these days because close CCTV cameras are active and they keep everybody on their toes as they are constantly under surveillance. However three pretty damsels in the set up are not bothered of keeping to the time schedule as they come under the boss who does not mind them coming and going to the times that they wish.
The new leagues
The new man in this sport is going around saying that he has created 24 new leagues. Already 49 leagues are in existence and these new additions mean that there is a staggering 73 leagues in the country! However the president of a league has said that two of these leagues are adjoining his league and he does not know anything about the formation of the new leagues.
Going Down Under
A key official in the Citadel is going around saying that he has decided to call it a day and will be quitting his post very soon. This official has a habit of making several overseas trips especially to ‘Down Under’ as it is reported that a close relative lives there. Could it be that he has finally decided to settle down in that country?
The important guy
There is a particular coach of a leading sports body who has his own way even though the sports body pays him a handsome allowance. He has his private practices as he wishes and even when he is required to work on a particular day he takes his own time to do this task. Is he so important that his bosses have to put up with all this set backs?
Support from the Big Boss
There are two sets of officials – one for the beach and the other for indoors – and both are inactive these days. The reason for this is that those who are in charge of this sport appoint officials they want for certain games not bothering to pick officials from the given panels. The Big Boss of this sport too has given all support to pick officials irrespective of the existing panels. So it is a case of picking officials as they desire.
Costly photocopies
All is not well with the ping-pong scene. A court case is on against the head of this body accusing the top man of various allegations. The man who has launched this court case is adamant to reveal all and he has spent Rs. 6,000 just for photocopies to highlight his grievances. At a time when the cost of living is soaring to spend such an amount on a bundle of papers, he must be really meaning business.
