Mother’s day will be celebrated on May 11th at Park Street Mews with a special menu with Mum’s favourites and a Kids Menu to enjoy with mum.
Soup and Starters with Tomato and roasted bell pepper soup with sesame seed, Aubergine parmigiana with mozzarella timbale and arugula salad or Smoked salmon and quail egg with wasabi mayo.
The mains offer seafood delicacies with poached mullet stuffed with prawn, spinach, and tarragon cream, and meat specials with pepper crusted beef tenderloin with grilled vegetable, potato gnocchi and fried leeks, herb marinated roast lamb with mashed potato and garlic juice or grilled chicken with herb rice, sautéed vegetable and mustard cream sauce. The piece de resistance – especially on this day is the Desserts to celebrate a lovely meal and Park Street Mews offer Strawberry soufflé with homemade chocolate ice cream or a deliciously fresh, Mascarpone cheese cake with Marsala. Also enjoy a Selection of premium wines and fresh juices to accompany ones meal.
