Kelly thunders 150 as Joes record easy win
View(s):Opener Revan Kelly thumped an unbeaten 150 in just 137 deliveries as St. Joseph’s romped home to an easy 175 run victory over Dharmapala Vidyalaya, Kottawa in a Division I Under-15 game played at Pannipitiya.
Kelly thundered 20 boundaries and two sixes and was associated in a 175 run unbroken stand in 90 balls for the 4th wicket with Jehan Daniel (82 n o) as the visitors raised to 334/3 in their 50 overs. Daniel was in devastating form hitting five sixes and seven boundaries in just 37 balls.
The home team was later bundled out for 169 with left hander Ruchira Jayaratne top scoring with a sedate 51.
