CA Sri Lanka hosts Asia and Pacific Accountants Board Meeting
View(s):The Institute of Chartered Accountants of Sri Lanka (CA Sri Lanka) recently hosted the Board Meeting and committee meetings of the Confederation of Asian and Pacific Accountants (CAPA), the largest regional accounting organisation with a geographical area that spans half the globe.
The meetings held on May 22-23 saw the participation of accountants from the Asia Pacific region including Australia, Bangladesh, Canada, China, India, Japan, Korea, New Zealand, Pakistan and Sri Lanka. The CAPA meetings included the Board Meeting, Annual General Meeting, Governance and Audit Committee meeting, Public Sector FM Committee meeting, the Professional Accountancy Organisations’ Development Committee meeting and the Public Sector Financial Management Committee meeting.
