‘Shagies’ from Singapore to rock at Rugby Rumble

An international band from Singapore and Sri Lanka’s top DJ’s will rock the night at Rugby Rumble, an exciting seven-a-side tag rugby carnival featuring former college rugby stars back on pitch for a fun filled revival of great sporting action in a heady carnival style atmosphere.
Shagies, specially flown down from Singapore, will headline the after-parties providing the crowd with high octane live performances. A seven piece cover band established in 1987, The Shagies are much in demand for their energetic entertainment style along with a wide repertoire of dance hits, romantic ballads, rock, soul, alternative, R n B, reggae, Latin and everything in between. With their incredible talent, they will bring each night alive in a fitting finale to this grand weekend full of festivities.
Rugby Rumble will take place on June 14th and 15th from 3pm to Midnight at the Havelock Grounds and promises to be a memorable weekend of fun for friends and family; and a great way to reunite with the pack and relive those wonder years.
