New appointments at E-Channelling
View(s):New appointments were made with the recent changes at E-Channelling, which was taken over by Senior Marketing Systems (SMS) Asia Pte Ltd, a stock exchange filing by the company said on Tuesday.
The change in management was taken over with representation from the SMS officials with the new Executive Director and Chief Executive Officer named as Tatsuya Koike.
Another representative of SMS Asia, Jo Hatakeyama was appointed a Non Executive Non Independent Director and Chairman of the Board. He is currently a Director at SMS Asia who was previously Corporate Planning Department Manager at the parent company SMS Co. Ltd.
Tsutomu Nobunaga was appointed a Non Executive Non Independent Director on the Board representing the SMS Asia. He is currently a board director of SMS Co. Ltd. And manages multiple business lines for medical, nursing care and international business as Board Director, and became the International Business Division Head from April 2014. Concurrently serves as a board director of various overseas group companies; and engage in the corporate-wide strategy development and decision-making. At present Mr. Nobunaga is the Managing Director at SMS Asia.
Kotaro Umeoka was appointed a Non Executive Non Independent Director on the Board representing SMS Asia. He is the current Internal Audit Department Manager at SMS Co. Ltd.
Immediate past Director/Chairman and Chief Executive Officer W.D.J. Ruwan Silva of E-Channelling stepped down from his post. In addition, Ms. Azmina Aziz resigned as a Director of the company. All appointments and resignations were effected from June 13. (SD)
