ASUS adds Transformer T100, priced at Rs. 64,500
View(s):Taiwanese computer maker ASUS recently added two devices to its Sri Lankan product portfolio, the Transformer Book T100 and the Zenbook UX302 ultra book.
Speaking during the local introduction of these two products, Rajeev Chaudhari, ASUS India’s Country Product Manager for Sri Lanka, indicated that the Transformer Book T100 would be priced at Rs. 64,500, while the Zenbook UX302 ultrabook, being a higher end device, would be at a premium. He also added that both were with Windows 8.1 and Office 365 Personal included, and that they could be purchased at ASUS’s own store at Unity Plaza or through an island-wide network of John Keells Office Automation (JKOA) and EPSI Computer outlets.
Further, he also commented that ASUS had been very active in Sri Lanka over the last two years, giving consumers a choice of 15 models to choose from, with ASUS’s exclusive Retail Store in Colombo .
Meanwhile, the newly added Transformer and Zenbook have further extended a local product portfolio that already encompasses K, S, X and N (multimedia) series models as well as hybrids such as the Tai Chi.
