Philips launches DJ headphones and sound bars
View(s):Philips launched in Colombo its latest product range for headphones and sound bars through a wide range of price in line with quality and innovation.
During the launch Philips unveiled the WOOX Innovations offering consumers the opportunity to enjoy its Philips Fidelio headphone and Fidelio sound bar range.
The Fidelio headphone range is made with the needs of sound enthusiasts in mind, the company stated in a media release.
The Philips ActionFit range of sports headphones are marketed as an ideal for fitness enthusiasts being sweat resistant and washable, with the ASPro DJ Headphones, a collaboration of five times World’s Best DJ winner Armin van Buuren, is focused solely on DJs who want a compact yet powerful set of headphones that deliver professional style to their audience, it was noted.
The Philips soundbar range with a critically acclaimed Philips Fidelio soundbars HTL9100 which is said to be the first of its kind to feature detachable wireless side speakers, it was stated. When queried as to the demand for luxury goods in Sri Lanka with living costs on the rise, Sound and Acoustics Director Matthew Dore stated that these products were marketed in keeping in mind the quality as opposed to price.
He further stated that the Philips brand strives to make meaningful innovations that create good value for money. Offering a wide range of, price points to its clients Philips’ main focus remains on sound quality and design aesthetic.
