Mt. Lavinia Hotel slice the rest
Mt. Lavinia Hotel swept the board winning all three titles – Men’s Team Championship, Women’s Singles and Women’s Doubles at the 2nd Travel Trade Sports Club Carrom Championships 2014, concluded at Galadari Hotel’s ‘Tulip’ Private Dining Restaurant, last Saturday.
MLH Men took the team Championship with a comfortable 3/0 win over Cinnamon Lakeside ‘A’ Colombo, while Nimanthi Kodituwakku won the Women’s Singles; and Salika Abeysekera partnering H.H.C. Pathmini won the Women’s Doubles.
The Tournament was conducted by Sri Lanka Carrom Federation and Galadari Hotel was the venue sponsor.
The awards were given away by Prabath Harshakumar, Anil Hapugoda, Anushka Perera and Sasala Dissanayake (all from TTSC) and Irfan Sariffodeen, Lobby Manager, Galadari Hotel.

Women’s tournament was conducted on a Knockout format.
