PIM training for JKH mid-managers

“JKH has chosen to tread on a continued path of staff training to attune its middle management for leadership roles. Ms. Priyanthi Silva, Head of Learning and Development, JKH addressing the gathering referred to the need to strengthen the competencies in order to compete in an increasingly competitive environment. She also stressed the expectations of JKH in developing future leaders. Dr. Ajantha Dharmasiri, acting Director PIM, highlighted the innovative learning approaches used at PIM in delivering state-of-the art programmes,” according to a PIM media release.
