Western Province North emerge champions

two boundaries and two sixes helped Western Province North defeat Southern Province by 50 runs on the Duckworth/Lewis method in the final of the Prima Cup U15 Inter-Provincial cricket tournament played at the SSC ground yesterday to emerge champions.
Dushan and Sanjula put on a valuable partnership of 107 runs for the second wicket as Western Province North chasing a target of 192 runs were 139 for 2 in 26.5 overs when play was stopped due to bad light.
