HNB Assurance ties up with HDFC Bank to facilitate premium payments at policy holders’ doorsteps
View(s):HNB Assurance PLC has entered into an agreement with the Housing Development Finance Corporation Bank (HDFC) to enhance customer convenience by facilitating premium payments at the customer’s own doorstep.

The agreement was signed by the two organisations recently with Nimal Mamaduwa, CEO/General Manager of HDFC Bank and Manjula De Silva Managing Director/CEO of HNB Assurance signingon behalf of their companies. HDFC Bank Chairperson Ms. SiromiWickramasinghe was also present at this occasion.
This facility is the latest addition to HNB Assurance premium payment methods, which provides its policyholders the chance to pay online via Bank’s website www.hdfc.lk or walk into any HDFC bank’s 33 branch offices island wide. In addition HNB Assurance ill make use of the Bank’s doorstep banking facility where it’s mobile banking team comprising over 250 officers who make regular visits to the customers’ doorsteps or nearby central locations making it more convenient for the customers, a media release from HNB said.
