Our chef’s have created an exquisite array of delicious with lavish ingredients’ said a spokesperson from the hotel. During the Tuna month, guests could indulge in a wide array of exciting creations which range from salads such as Tuna salad and spicy Tuna salad to Sushi, Sashimi and Nigiri which include Tuna maki, Maguro Sashimi, Maguro Nigiri and hot Sashimi Tuna, to a delicious teppan of Tuna steak with vegetables and Tuna and Salmon combination. Tuna – jaga and Tuna & bell pepper yakitori will be on the cards too. The YUMI Bar features an enviable selection of signature cocktails, health combinations and single malts.
