Periyanna Kittama (77) a landslide victim wails, unable to bear the loss of her daughter and son-in-law, who were buried alive inside their line room. Sitting alone in an overcrowded hall in Poonagala Tamil Maha Vidyalaya in Bandarawela, she is among more 2,500 people who have been evacuated to temporary shelters, in the aftermath of the landslide in Koslanda on Wednesday.
