A true test of endurance
View(s):A six-hour endurance race was held at the Sri Lanka Karting Circuit with the participation of 12 teams, including both local and foreign.
With a string of successful karting events staged in the recent past, Carlton Motor Sports Club, Asian Motor Racing Club and Sri Lanka Karting Circuit made a sterling effort in making this event a reality –the first ever day-and-night endurance race to be held at the venue. Though the weather wreaked havoc during the event, it did not dampen the enthusiasm of the competitors or the spirit of the game. It sure was a test of their staying power.
