Three musclemen took wing to Brazil to take part in a bodybuilding contest to be held there. The strange thing is that no official accompanied 
them. The coach who was to accompany the musclemen had approached the top sports body in the country and had requested that he be given an air ticket to attend the contest. NO was the answer. And so the musclemen went to the contest without any official!
Back and forth
Four players took wing to the United States of America to gain further training in a sport played with corks and feathers. These lads returned to the country after their training and took off once again, to all reports, with the same visa. It looks as if their earlier visit was to arrange where they would reside and arrange their work places. Apparently all those things seems to be in control and they came back to the home country to attend to some matters and took off again least they be accused of not keeping to rules and regulations.

The top sports body in the country has given a staggering Rs. 2 million to a leading sports body to manage their affairs. This sports body apparently has enough money to manage its affairs. A little bird whispers that the money has been given to buy equipment for schools and may be
the other million to a leading sports official to manage his affairs. Could this be true?
Promoting a sport, or what?
A sixty member team for a contest to be played with corks and feathers is scheduled to fly to the Lion City to take part in a contest and the organisers had requested each player to pocket out Rs. One lakh for the tour. Altogether the organisers are in line to collect Rs. 60 lakhs even before the tour commences. It looks as if the organisers are set to make money rather than promote this sport which has great potential.
Lion City here they come
It had been decided earlier that a team for an international event played with sticks will not be sent as the sport is said to be in the doldrums. Suddenly it has been decided a team will be sent for the event to be held in the Lion City. It has now been disclosed that the son of a top official in the sport has been selected to this team and the official concerned is dead keen on sending this team for the contest. Reason: The lad will be in line for national colours and will represent the country at an international tournament.
