Dialog, hSenid showcase Ideamart at TAD
View(s):Hot on the heels of a recent announcement that Sri Lanka-based hSenid had taken on the role of major sponsor for this year’s Telecom Application Development (TAD) Summit, held in Istanbul, Turkey, the company, along with celco Dialog, jointly revealed their presentation, at this event, of the Ideamart developer platform, which has “churned out over 2,900 applications and over 2,000 app creators over a short span of just two years”.
According to the newest statement, Dialog has offered the “Ideamart platform to developers and content providers to use network features via shared APIs to monetise their efforts.
The ‘AllApps’ store presents the applications that are published for the benefit of the public… Currently, Ideamart exposes APIs for mobile charging, location tracking, in-App purchasing, messaging, subscriptions and USSD.
The platform provides APIs for developers to create applications using many useful features. Not limiting the opportunity just for developers, Ideamart goes further and offers user-friendly web based wizards for non-developers to create applications in a matter of minutes”.
Elaborating further, the statement also noted that “Dialog operates Ideamart on a revenue-share model with its business partners, and hSenid Mobile Solutions is a valued technology partner to the platform. Ideamart is widely regarded as one of the most successful integrated mobile application development platforms in the world”.
