ACECAM holds annual ‘SolidWorks Innovation Day 2015′
View(s):Sri Lanka’s ACECAM recently held the “SolidWorks Innovation Day 2015″, an annual event for the local community utilising the Dassault Systèmes-developed SolidWorks 3D computer aided design (CAD) environment.
According to a statement by the local company; “Our customers, academia, innovators, engineers, designers, and doers who are involving in 3D design, simulation and data management experienced a day filled with engineering innovation, advanced solutions and streamlined design at SolidWorks Innovation Day 2015 held at Kingsbury Hotel, Colombo on November 5″.
Further, it also indicated that this “yearly launch event accommodated about 120 participants from 50 leading companies in engineering, design and manufacturing and engineering faculties of few national universities to witness how SolidWorks continuously innovates and upgrades to meet the changing industry needs”.
The statement also commented that ACECAM was the “only Authorised SolidWorks Reseller in Sri Lanka and offers the best range of engineering software, consultancy services, technical support, training and certification to Sri Lankan design, engineering and manufacturing industries, universities, and other technical institutions”.
